Assign Configuration
The report or export configuration is saved per user logged, but here you can assign the report or export configuration to other users. Go to Reports - Report/Export Definitions, select the desired type of export and click

Select the users to assign the configuration. The users must have the role RunReportsExports:

Here you can sort users by roles 
(usually Manager or HR) and also search 
the users by user name.
