New/Edit Employee Contract

To define a new employee contract definition, go to Configuration - Employee Contract, click

and fill in the following fields:

For example, we will define a sequence of 7 days contract. The first day in this contract applies on a Monday. The T7 (Norm) counter is initialized with value +008:00 hours before any other calculation is executed by the Astrow engine. In this case, one can use a contract to replace the Norm time as defined in each Day Program and use T007 for keeping the norm time to create more counter operations afterwards.

To select the counter, click in the counter field, and write the counter's name as showed above, or press F2 to display the list of counters:

Hour wage from employee contract definition can be used in counter operations (see an example of working with the contract hour wage counter here: Contract Hour Wage C counters).
