Assign Configuration

The report or export configuration is saved per user logged, but here you can assign the report or export configuration to other users. Go to Reports - Report/Export Definitions, select the type of export desired and click

and then

. The following page opens:

Select the users to assign the configuration. The users must have the role RunReportsExports:

RunReportsExports role assigned to users for running report or export configuration in Astrow Web

Here you can sort users by roles

(usually Manager or HR) and also search

the users by user name.
