Employees can view and download HR files from View - My Files. This works with ESS license and permission View Private Employee Documents.

Name;
Type;
Details;
Description;
Upload date.
A sorting tool for documents per type.
The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.
