View Absence Requests History
Requests History is an overview with all absence requests received by a manager/authorizer and their statuses. In Requests History one can view and print absence requests and approval details.

The following is a list of possible statuses:

Granted:
|
Passed through all levels of authorization and processed by Astrow.
Colour: if approved by all levels of authorization and processed in Astrow Web; if approved by a level of authorization.
|
|
Rejected:
|
Rejected by at least one level of authorization. Colour: if rejected by an authorization level in Astrow Web; if processed with errors.
|
|
Pending:
|
An absence authorized by at least one level, but still in progress of authorization. Colour: .
|
If you want to see the absence request details, double-click on an absence request field to see the details (see Manage Request View).
The following is a list of other options available in Request History:

A searching tool by:
|

A drop-down menu that helps you customize your view on the request status.
|
|
|
The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.
|
|
|
A drop-down menu for the period type you want to display.
|
|
|
Calendars for starting date and ending dates.
Choose the starting date (and ending date for customized periods) for a calendar displayed.
You can search through previous month or next month.

|
The button can help you easily select a date desired, if not the current year or month.
|

Navigation buttons for periods:
moves to previous period;
moves to previous day;
shows current day;
moves to next day;
moves to next period.
Click whenever you change the period displayed.

Navigation buttons for pages:
moves to first page;
moves to previous page;
shows current page;
moves to next page;
moves to last page.

Refresh button .
