    Add, Edit and Delete a Group in Groups Window

     
    Here you can add both absence groups and employee groups. To operate with groups, click Configuration - Groups. Groups window opens:

    The working group you can make changes is marked in orange. The first working tab appearing when opening the window is Absence groups.
    To add a group, click or use the button duplicate to copy an existing definition for easy editing. To delete a group, check it and click . To edit a group, check it and click , or double click on it.
     
     
    The following is a list with other options in the Groups window:
     
    •  
    A searching tool by name.
    •  
    The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available. 
    •  
    Refresh button.
    •  
    Possibility of printing the records selected.
    •  
    Possibility of printing all data available.
