Add, Edit and Delete a Pay Group

 
To operate with pay groups, go to Configuration - Pay Groups:

To add a pay group, click or use the button duplicate to copy an existing definition for easy editing.

To assign a pay group to an employee, please read Set Pay Group.
 
To edit a pay group, click or double click on it. To delete a pay group, select it and click .
 
Please note you cannot delete a pay group in use. To delete it, you must unlink the data everywhere it is used. To see where a pay group is used, go to Settings - Tools - Definition maintenance.
Deleted definitions can still be seen in the list as dashed if in Settings - User interface the parameter View deleted data is set on YES. Use the button to restore the definition.
 
 
The following is a list with other options in the Pay Groups window:

A searching tool by name.

The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.

Navigation buttons for pages:
moves to first page;
moves to previous page;
shows current page;
moves to next page;
moves to last page.

Refresh button .
  •  
Possibility of printing the records selected.
  •  
Possibility of printing all data available.
