Tab General - Define a Result Group
To add a new result group, go to
Communication - Result Groups and click
.

Fill in the following items of information:
Name: Description of the result group (max. 32 characters).
Title: Description of the label of the field to be displayed.
Counter: Here you can select a value from a list to be displayed on the terminal. This can be a field from the employee definition (name, employee no., department, etc.) or a counter (balance, normal working hours, etc.). Click the button 
and select a counter or value from the list opened (see Result Group Counters for more details).
A message on the terminal can have up to 16 characters including spaces, with 8 characters per label and 8 per field field. If the left column Title has not been filled in, the right column Counter can count up to 16 characters.

iT300 terminal has the possibility of displaying the daily and weekly time card of the employee. Here you can set the display options for time card on the terminal.
Counters: Select the counters for daily and weekly view of time card on the terminal.

You can also choose a counter to be displayed in weekly view. To do this, just check the mark in column Weekly.

Language: Select the language to display the time card on the terminal when booking.
Week view date format: Select the week view format of time.
Day view date format: Select the date view format of time.
Form timeout on booking (sec): Write the number of seconds the time card will be displayed after booking.
Form timeout on inquiry (sec): Write the number of seconds the time card will be displayed after inquiry.
Initial view: Decide if the view on booking or inquiry will by default be daily or weekly.

Save the changes made.
In edit mode you can select other items of information.
