Add, Edit and Delete Absences

To operate with absences, go to Configuration - Absences:

To add an absence, click

or use the button duplicate

to copy an existing definition for easy editing.

To edit an absence, click

or double click on it. To delete an absence, select it and click

Please note you cannot delete an absence in use. To delete it you must unlink the data everywhere it is used. To see where an absence is used, go to Settings - Tools - Definition maintenance.

Deleted definitions can still be seen in the list as dashed if in Settings - User interface the parameter View deleted data is set on YES. Use the button

to restore the definition.
