Employee Contract

A contract is considered to be the document signed by employer and employee. It describes the contractual amount of hours that needs to be worked per day or per week, as registered by the payroll company and/or social services.

At this moment, the day program holds the definition of the required worked time for an employee. With the parameter norm time, the system knows what to expect as worked time. This is in relation with the balance that is automatically calculated. However, the practical reality and the theoretical information are not always the same. For an identical day program of two persons it's possible that the contractual norm time is not the same. Therefore a separate definition of the contractual norm time is required.

This is a generic initialization of a number of counters for each day in the contractual period. These counters are initialized before each calculation of the day.
