From Team Manager or Employees, use the recalculation whenever you change a definition (day program, cycle, etc.). Using this recalculation module, you can update the data (performances, results, etc.) based on the new parameters.

In Configuration - Employees, select the employee(s) you changed some definitions and click 
:

In Operations - Team Manager you can choose single or multi-cell recalculation, select the cells you want to change the cycle in with CTRL/SHIFT, right-click and Recalculation:

The Recalculation page opens. It automatically takes the custom period between first and last selection, but you can anytime choose a different period:

The recalculation will be made for all employees selected. When in recalculation, a status message is displayed below the window.

Click Refresh to see the status.
