Add, Edit and Delete a Free Group
This module enables you to create free groups. Free groups in HR Curriculum are groups of free fields and/or free lists (see Employee - HR Curriculum - Tab Free Items). These items appear in employees HR curriculum (see HR Free Items):

To operate with free groups, go to HR - Free items - tab Free groups:

To add a new free group, click

To edit it select it from the window list, click 
or double click on its name. To delete a free group, select and click

Please note you cannot delete an HR definition in use. To delete it you must unlink the data everywhere it is used. If the status In use is YES, click on the
 to check the definition usage (see HR Definitions Usage for more details). |
