Add Bookings in Astrow Using a File
To use the file input, go to Settings - System - File I/O settings - Booking input: Define the format of the records to be read by Astrow.

Cardnumber:

Take an existing card number as reference. Put position 1.
|
This is the length of the card number taken as reference. (ex. 1 digit, 2, 3 or 4 digits).

Year:
|
The positions from now on will start considering the lengths chosen above. For example if your card number has the length 2, the year will start with 3.
|
You can choose the length desired for year (ex. 4 digits).
|
Month:
|
If your card number has the length 2 and the year 4, the month will have position 7.
|
The length is defined by 2.
|
Day:
|
Ex. 9
|
The length is defined by 2.
|
Hours:
|
Ex. 11
|
The length is defined by 2.
|
Minutes:
|
Ex. 13
|
The length is defined by 2.
|
MC Code:
|
Ex. 15
|
The length is defined by 2.
|
Terminal number:
|
The number of the VT defined. This is the number attributed by the application when saving the definition.
|
The length is defined by 3.
|
If you want to skip a position, just put 0.

Now check your text file:

Attach the file in the location and click Save. Wait a few moments until the file is imported, it might take longer for bigger files.
