iT30/iT300 Terminal Commands
The following is a list with all commands available for iT30/iT300:

Disconnects the terminal and reconnects it.

Shows data of the info file from the terminal. The command is available for the roles HR, Administrator and Terminal Manager, or for a customised role with permission View Terminal Manager and Configure Terminals. See Terminal Info for more details.

Synchronizes the time with the database and sends the data to the terminal. The command is available for the roles HR, Administrator and Terminal Manager, or for a customised role, with permission View Terminal Manager and Configure Terminals. Once executed, it opens Terminal Commands. See Terminal Commands for more details.

|
Reboots the terminal. The command is available for the roles HR, Administrator and Terminal Manager, or for a customised role, with permission View Terminal Manager and Configure Terminals. Once executed, it opens Terminal Commands. See Terminal Commands for more details.

Resynchronizes all data (badges, results, fingerprints etc.) on the terminal. The command is available for the roles HR, Administrator and Terminal Manager, or for a customised role, with permission View Terminal Manager and Configure Terminals. Once executed, it opens Communication Queue. See Communication Queue for more details.

|
Forces the resend of the fingerprints to the terminal. The command is available for the roles HR, Administrator and Terminal Manager, or for a customised role, with permission View Terminal Manager and Configure Terminals. Once executed, it opens Communication Queue. See Communication Queue for more details.

|
Collects the fingerprints from the terminal (if enrollment option checked in terminal definition), stores them in the database and then distributes the fingerprints to any bio terminal the employee(s) have assigned. In case the employee doesn't have the terminal from where you collect the fingerprint assigned, the templates will be deleted with this operation.

|
Lists the parameters on the terminal. Opens page Parameters where you can view and edit the parameters on the terminal. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. See Parameters Info for more details.

Lists the files from the terminal. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. Once executed, it opens Terminal Commands. Double-click on the command Processed to open the list. See List Files for more details.

Downloads a file from the terminal. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. See Download a Terminal File for more details.

Deletes a file from the terminal. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. See Delete a Terminal File for more details.

Sets a new time on terminal. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. See Set New Time on Terminal for more details.

Sends an SQL command to SQL tables on the terminal and returns desired data. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. See Send a SQL Command for more details.

Opens a wizard for upgrading the firmware on the terminal. The command is available for the roles Administrator, or for a customised role with permission Configure Terminal - Advanced. See Upgrading the Firmware of a Terminal for more details.

Makes an automatic complete reprogramming of the terminal. This includes a firmware upgrade.
|
|
|
Inserts a parameter in the terminal that will avoid automatic upgrade of the terminal.
