To add a File terminal, go to Communication - Terminal Manager and click 
. Select the type File:

Write the name you use for the File terminal and save the changes.
Code: Internal identification code (optional).
You can later on edit the terminal name.
To edit the name of a File terminal, go to Communication - Terminal Manager, double-click on the terminal or select the terminal and click 
.
