The T&A status, after checked by each employee (see Own Status Confirmation), will be checked by managers before sending it to HR. This is a way to confirm that all operations are done for that period and HR can close the situation. Managers will approve the status in Operations - Team T&A Status and communicate the status in Operations - Communicate Status. HR can also freeze the confirmed periods (see Freeze Periods) after receiving the situation, thus block the operations for those periods.
