Tab General
In tab General, you will define the name of the report and basic layout info to be visible either on the top, or on the button of the report.

Report name: Full name for the report. Use this name in the selection list when running the report.
Top / Bottom: This are layout items of information to appear, if selected, at the top or at the bottom of the report.
Check the details needed and go to the next tab.
