Tab Free Items - Define and Edit Free Items for Reports and Add Individual Values
Here you can customize 20 fields to suit special requirements. The Free labels will apply to all employees, only Free values are individual.

Most unique about this tab is the possibility to use all of these items in a filter or report.
E.g.: One of these fields is reserved for means of transport to work. On days of a national train strike, you can filter out all employees coming by train and grant them the same absentee code for that particular day. This way you don't have to enter all these codes separately for each employee saving you a lot of precious time.
These fields can be also used in special reports in Astrow Web, e.g. salary reports.
To change the names of the fields, double-click on Free label and enter the new name.
Please note that the definition in Free label field in not per employee, only Free value is!

Once the values were added here, you can customize them for each employee adding free values.
You can also use the search field to search items by label or value.
