To delete a terminal file, go to Communication - Terminal Manager, select a terminal and click .

Write the name of the file you need to delete and click Ok.

You need to confirm this operation:

The command will open Terminal Commands and you can checked if the status is Processed. If you want to check if the file was deleted, check the list files.
