Compares the daily results with the norm time (set in the day program) and calculates a positive or negative balance. There can be a limitation of the number of hours to be added to or subtracted from the balance (see Day programs: balance limit). The balance is saved during the period and is deducted at the end of the period. The number of deducted hours can be limited by specifying a minimum and maximum figure to be carried over. Besides the calculation of a balance, this calculation type can also calculate the daily and zone overtime, if this is correctly set in the day program.

You can set the carry over the pay period, meaning that at the end of the pay period the over hours will be adjusted. In case you define carry overs, you may want to store the cut values in two different counters.
