Illness Control Parameters, Rules and Permissions in Astrow Web
The application settings for Illness Control can be found in System - Illness control. Here are the general principles:

Employees are not allowed to have self certificate absences. A minimum employment period within the company can be required. This is set in Configuration - Employees - New/Edit employee - tab System - Illness rules; the current setting is 2 months.

Any self certificate (SC) absence will be counted as one incident.

Self certificates (SCs) are expressed in full working days; the intervals refer to calendar days.

There are no carryovers when moving to next year.

Pay groups are not applied with illness rules.
