Tab Smart Holidays - Add, Edit and Delete Automatic Holidays

 
Smart holidays are automatic holidays set in advance for each pay group, for example public holidays. Even if a public holiday doesn't fall in the same calendar day each year, if there are known rules for those holidays, they can be set in Astrow and the application will automatically add them.
 
Please note you can operate with smart holidays only for a pay group defined!
 
To operate with smart holidays, go to Configuration - Pay Groups - Edit pay Group - tab Smart holiday:

To add a smart holiday, click .

To edit a smart holiday, click or double click on it. To delete a smart holiday, select it and click .
 
Smart holidays, once defined, can be assigned to other pay groups too. To do that, select the smart holidays and click . You will be able to copy the definitions to other pay groups:
