Occupancy MonitorThe Occupancy Monitor helps the employers or managers organize the occupancy at the premises, in case the central part of the work is done remotely or from home. There are cases in which it is necessary to reserve the office space for meetings or comply with specific occupancy rules (e.g., the regulations imposed by the COVID-19 situation). With the occupancy monitor, the employees (ESS users) can reserve the space for one or more intervals. Managers can approve or add reservations for their teams on the sites managed or other sites. The Occupancy Monitor also works with the Visitors module.
Licenses needed
The module is activated by default with the Occupancy Monitor license. However, it can be deactivated at any time from Settings - System - tab System config. with the option Enable site occupancy on NO.
You can also approve site requests automatically with the option Auto approve site requests.
How it works:The management defines time intervals in a calendar day for each company site. The employees will work on site in shifts, based on the reservations previously made (requests or reservations). The reservations are validated by booking. Bars of presence and occupancy information are always displayed. In case a site reaches the maximum of occupancy permitted, new bookings/registries are not permitted. Visitor registrations are also taken into consideration.
