Employees can now have projects assigned and add project bookings or project time records based on their assignment. If the employee does not have any projects particularly assigned, they will be able to see the entire list of projects. This feature applies to all Astrow related products: Astrow Mobile, Mobile Terminal and ST-25. This means that employees will be able to book from any application based on their assignment.
To assign an activity to a group of employees, go to Configuration - Groups - New/Edit group - tab General and select the type Projects group:

Once the Projects group option is checked, the Projects tab will be enabled, and activities can be linked:

When a Project or a Component is checked, the entire Components and Activities are also checked.
Also, from the Projects list, user can link Project, Component or activity to Projects type groups and on tooltip, you can see attached employees:

After selecting Save/Apply to group, the groups will be displayed and can be selected in Projects list:
