Astrow Web at a Glance

 
Once you log to Astrow Web, you notice a notification bar in the right corner and the menu bar.
 
 
You can choose your menu view, detailed or group.
 
To change the tab view, go to Preferences - User interface - Menu mode and choose Tab mode. If you change it from System, the changes will be applied for all users unless they have already saved their Preferences at least once.

When receiving a new notification, the bar flashes orange:
 
Depending on the license(s) used, you can have one or more functionalities described below. The following is a short description of all functionalities enabled with all licenses in Astrow Web.
 
Please note the options on each page:
 
- link to tutorial; the tutorial is organized to explain functionalities on each page.
- pin it to login; if you pin the page, it will be opened at login.
- minimize the page.
- maximize the page.
- restore the page.
- close the page.
- show tooltips.
 
The following is a list with other options on each page:

Search tool by different identifiers.

The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.

Navigation buttons for time periods:
 
moves to the previous period;
moves to the previous day;
current element;

moves to the first employee;
moves to the previous employee;
moves to the next employee;

Also on the right bottom of the main page, you can find - close all pages and - minimize all pages.
 

Operations Menu

 
 
New Booking: here, you can insert bookings directly from Astrow Web interface (VT license).
New Project Time: here, you can insert the time spent on a project (Projects + VT license).
Absence Request: here, you can add absence requests (ESS license).
Booking Request: here, you can add booking requests (ESS license).
Site Reservation: here, you can make site reservation requests (ESS licence + Occupancy Monitor license)
 
 
Time Card: here, you can see your time card (ESS license).
Data Collection Request: here, you can add data collection requests (ESS + Data Collection licenses).
Department Registration: here, you register time per departments (ESS + Department Registration licenses).
Manage Request: here, you can manage your team’ absence requests (ESS license) and approve bookings requests or bookings MC (MSS license).
Team Manager: here, you can make T&A operations for your team (MSS license).
Holiday Planner: here, you can see the holidays' peak periods to plan your activity (MSS license).
Occupancy Monitor: here, you can manage the occupancy on-site (MSS license + Occupancy Monitor license).
Team Anomalies: here, you can fix the anomalies for your team (MSS license).
Communicate Status: here, you can announce the HR that your team records are up to date (MSS license).
My T&A Status: here, you can confirm your T&A situation after all requests (ESS license).
Team T&A Status: here, you can confirm the T&A status for your team or see all confirmed statuses as HR (MSS license).
Task Schedule: here, you can configure automatic execution plans, for example, reports (MSS license).
Chart: here, you can have a statistical view over counters (Charts license).
Chat: here, you can chat with your co-workers (standard license).
Bulk Documents Upload: here, you can upload bulk documents for more employees (standard license).
Freeze Period: here, you can freeze periods in the past for changes or other operations from your team(s) (standard license).
Employees Files: here, you can see and download the employees' files for your team (standard license).
Visitors Check-in: here, you can check in visitors (Visitors license).

Notifications: here, you can define the notifications you want the application to send by email or triggered by mobile app (Notification license).

Terminal Results: here, you can see the results for your virtual terminal (VT license).
Dashboard: here, you can see the dashboard (standard license).
My Requests: here, you can see your absence and booking requests (ESS license).
Holiday Card: here, you can have a complete overview of your holidays (ESS license).
Yearly View: here, you can check your yearly time & attendance situation or operate, depending on the permissions set (ESS license). With MSS, managers can see and operate on team members T&A from Team Manager.
Messages: here, you can see the messages received, send messages, and check / edit your outbox messages (standard license).
Team View: here, you can see if there are other scheduled absences in your team in the period(s) you want to make a request (ESS license).
Requests History: here, you can see a track of all your actions, as an authorizer, for all absence requests received (ESS license).
My Anomalies: here, you can see your anomalies (ESS license).
PIP: here, you can see all employees presence status (PIP license).
Notes: here, you can see your “stick notes” in the application (standard license).
Operation Log: here, you can see and save the operation logs in Astrow Web (Detailed log license).
My Files: here, you can see and download your personnel files (ESS license).
Personal Data: here, you can see your personal data stored in Astrow Web (standard license).
