Visitors

Visitor registration helps companies for self-register/unregister incoming visitors. It can be used with Astrow or as a standalone module.

This feature can be used as a standalone to manage visitor registration for multiple companies in the same office building (see How to Use the Visitors Module in an Office Building).

This feature uses an ST-25 terminal, a tablet or Astrow Web.

ST-25 terminal enables users to self-register visitors by providing details on the visit: name, company, ID, contact person or department, etc.

Astrow will store and process all these check-in/check out records, both for reporting/viewing and also for PIP and emergency roll call if the PIP license is enabled.

Licenses
