Step 1: Generate an updated RAC file from the current server and a new RAC empty from the new hardware and send both files to the supplier.
Step 2: The supplier will issue the new license and put an expiration date of two weeks starting the day of request on the old license.
Step 3: Load the old license updated with the expiration date on the old server and generate another RAC. Send this file to the supplier for confirmation.
