This module enables you to create free lists, a free drop-down definition in the HR Curriculum (see Employee - HR Curriculum - Tab Free Items). However, free lists will only appear in the curriculum if they have been added to a free group (see Add, Edit and Delete a Free Group). To add a free list, go to HR - Free items - tab Free lists:

To edit it select it from the window list, click or double click on its name. To delete a free field definition, select and click .
Please note you cannot delete an HR definition in use. To delete it you must unlink the data everywhere it is used. If the status In use is YES, click on the to check the definition usage (see HR Definitions Usage for more details).

A searching tool by name.
The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.
Refresh button.
Possibility of printing the records selected.
Possibility of printing all data available.
