Set FTE
To set/change a FTE definition of an employee, go to Configuration - Employees - Tab System [New/Edit] and click the button

Use the calendar (double-click on the Start date field) to set the start date of the cycle. You can search through previous month 
or next month

Next the FTE rule applied. It is expressed in percents. Use the buttons 
to increase/decrease the values incrementally.

To delete a FTE definition, go to an individual employee definition in Configuration - Employees - Tab System [Edit], click the button correspondent to field FTE, select the records and click
