PIP for Managers is conceived for managers to have a presence overview of own team.
To see PIP for Managers in simple mode, you need to have the permission View Team PIP. Go to View - PIP:

To see PIP for Managers in detailed mode, you need to have the permission View Team PIP and a setting in Setting - Preferences - User interface - PIP view mode - Detailed mode. Go to View - PIP:

To view presence details in PIP, you need the permissions View Team PIP and View PIP details. Clicking on a person’s tab will display the Daily view in Team Manager:
