To view the list of absences in Holiday Planner, go Operations - Holiday Planner. Select the cells you want to check and right click -Show list:

The list will show all the absences and absence requests initiated or in progress, if included in configuration (more details in Holiday Planner Configuration). With ESS license and Authorizer rights, here you can also approve absence requests (see View Team Scheduled Absences for further details).
