When customizing the visitors configuration definition, you can choose the way the visitors information is displayed on the terminal and stored in Visitors list. You can define the settings for location/directions, welcome message, SMS options, map and map URL.
There are 2 configurations for Visitors if you use ST-25:
1. ASTROW: If you use the Visitors module as integrated with Astrow Web.

2. VISITOR: If you don't use Astrow Web for time and attendance, but only the Visitors module.

The configuration needs to be assigned on all ST-25 terminals which will collect visitor information. This is done in Communication - Terminal Manager - ST-25 New/Edit - Configuration (see New/Edit ST-25 for more details):

If you print visitors tickets, you can select the printer in Communication - Terminal Manager - ST-25 New/Edit - Printer (see Printing Visitors Tickets for more details):
