When using Visitor registration, companies have the option to use one or more printers for printing visitor details on tickets. The supported printer in this version of Astrow is Brother QL-820NWB (see the installation guide).
The printing process is defined in the terminal configuration for Visitors module (see Personalize Terminal Configuration for Visitors). Here the user can set some parameters for printing:
Print at check-in: Whether to print or not the visitors information labels.
Registration form: Fields and their order on the label.
Print label headers: Field headers printing option.
Printing template: Here you can select the length paper type for your printer. Please note that the definition here will be overwritten by the one in Terminal Manager (see Editing the Printer).
