Granting/Rejecting a Reservation Request or Cancellation

Manually granting/rejecting reservation or cancellation requests can be done in two ways, from Operations - Manage Requests - tab Site reservations or directly from Operations - Occupancy Monitor. However, you can also approve site requests automatically with the option Auto approve site requests in Settings - System - tab System config.

To manually approve site reservation requests, go to Operations - Manage Requests - tab Site reservations:

To approve, select the reservation or the cancellation and click on the grant button

. To refuse a request, click on the refuse button

To approve or reject more site reservation/cancellation requests at once, select them and click the appropriate operational button right side:

The button

opens the Occupancy Monitor.

To approve/reject site reservation/cancellation requests, go to Operations - Occupancy Monitor:
