Export Execution Definitions
When running an export, you can choose to save a definition execution. A list of all executions will open when running the export the next time.
Go to Reports - Export Definitions, select the export and click 
. This will open a list with all execution definitions you saved.

To run the export using an old execution definition, click 
or double-click on the definition and choose how you want to generate the export. Click 
to run the export in without a predefined execution definition. You can save the new execution with Save & Execute (see Run Export for details further).
