Export Configuration Page

Before being generated, each export must be configured. If configured once, there is no need to configure each time, unless you want to generate it differently. You can save different configurations for the same export.

Go to Reports - Export Definitions and select the report and click

. This will open a list with all configuration you saved.

To add a new configuration, click

(see Configure Export for details further).

To edit a configuration, click

or double-click on it. To delete a configuration, select it and click

Use the

button to assign an execution to a user (see Assign Configuration for more details).

The following is a list with other options in the Export configurations window:

	A searching tool by name.
	The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.
	Refresh button.
	Possibility of printing the records selected.
	Possibility of printing all data available.
