Exports can be set to add counter values per rows (Counters, Absences, Daily counters, Daily absences - see Configure Export) or per columns and rows (Extended export - see Configure Extended Export for more explanations).
To configure an export, go to Reports - Export Definitions, select the type of export desired and click 
. Click 
to add a new configuration.

If you already have export configurations, this will open the list. Here you can select or add a new configuration.

To add a new configuration, click (see the links below for details further). All configurations are saved per user logged.
Select the columns to appear in the export and save the configuration.
