In Exports Archive you can download your exports anytime. To download your reports, go to Reports - Exports Archive. Exports Archive window opens:

To save the export, select it and click the button.

To view the export details (run the parameters the report was generated), select it and click or double-click on the row (see View Export Options).
To delete an export, select it and click .
To run a new export, click the button . This is a shortcut to Export Definitions.
The following is a list with other options in Exports Archive window:
A searching tool by name.
The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.
Navigation buttons for pages:
moves to first page;
moves to previous page;
shows current page;
moves to next page;
moves to last page.
Refresh button .
Possibility of printing the records selected.
Possibility of printing all data available.
Please note that all the exports are stored in the database. We strongly recommend you to delete the old unnecessary exports from time to time to save space.
