Export Execution Definitions

When running an export, you can choose to save a definition execution. A list of all executions will open when running the export the next time.

Go to Reports - Export Definitions, select the export and click

. This will open a list with all execution definitions you saved.

To run the export using an old execution definition, click

or double-click on the definition and choose how you want to generate the export. Click

to run the export in without a predefined execution definition. You can save the new execution with Save & Execute (see Run Export for details further).

To delete a configuration, select it and click

To execute the export from an execution definition, select the definition and click

. The export will be saved in exports Archive (see export Export Archive for more details).

To schedule a periodical execution, select the execution and click

(see Job Schedule Assignment for more details).

Use the

button to assign an execution to a user (see Assign Execution for more details).

The following is a list with other options in the Execution definitions window:

	A searching tool by name.
	The possibility of customizing the view by sorting ascending or descending the data in columns or choosing to display only some columns from the ones available.
	Refresh button.
	Possibility of printing the records selected.
	Possibility of printing all data available.
