Export Definition and Export Archive are used to define and get export data and then import it in payroll software. Astrow Web permits flexible definitions of counters and absences reports.
Exports can be set to add counter values per rows (Counters, Absences, Daily counters, Daily absences - see Configure Export) or per columns and rows (Extended export - see Configure Extended Export).
To define an export, go to Reports - Export Definitions. Export Definitions window opens:
