    Define Absence Authorization Level Schemes

     
    Absences most of the time require approval from at least one authorized person. Each absence can go through a different authorization scheme, with different Authorizers.
     
    To set the authorization process in Astrow you need to define the following:
     
    1. Define the absence request group, see Settings for Absence Request Groups.
    2. Define the authorization levels, see New/Edit Authorization Scheme.
    3. Link the absence group to employees, see Absence Groups Linked to Employees.
    4. Link the authorization levels to absences, see Settings for Absence Request Groups.
