For holiday periods, one or more backup persons can be assigned to operate Astrow in the absence of a Manager or an Authorizer. There is no need to add extra permissions or roles to the deputy; the deputy will operate according to the rights of the user they back up, however this can also be restricted by the person who assigns the backup. The deputy will have all operational menus and screens available to second a manager or an authorizer in their absent period.
