Tab Teams - Include an Employee in Team(s)

 
Here you can assign the employee groups your employee is a part of.

If there are no teams defined, go to Configuration - Groups - Tab Employee groups and define the teams.

To assign a team to your employee, just select the appropriate group. One employee can belong to one or more teams. If you set here the team as being primary for an employee, this information will appear in grouping/sorting in some reports/exports or views when sorting per employees.
 
You can also use the search field to search the groups by name. Use the button to assign all departments and to clear the selection for all.
