    General rules for Illness

     
    • Employees are not allowed to have self certificate absences if they do not have a minimum employment period within the company; the current setting is 2 months.
    • Any self certificate (SC) absence will be counted as one incident.
    • Self certificates (SCs) are expressed in full working days; the intervals refer to calendar days.
    • There are no carryovers when moving to next year.
    5. Pay groups are not applied with illness rules.
