License can crash in one of the following situations:
1. The hardware of the machine where license is deployed had changed – in this case the binding changed.
2. The machine where the license has been installed crashed and cannot be used anymore.
In both cases a new license has to be issued for the new hardware configuration.
b. In case it is NOT possible to generate a RAC update file announce the supplier immediately by email and include the following:

A clear description of the situation;

CmDust-Result file. To generate it, go to Start - All Programs - CodeMeter - Tools - CmDust. Wait a few seconds while the file is generating and copy it in your location.

Log files. Go to Start - All Programs - CodeMeter - Logs, copy all log files there and include them in an archive.

Event log (copy-paste in a txt file from CodeMeter Control Center - tab Events) – this contains CodeMeter events.
