Before installing the application, please check the recommended system requirements:

Operating systems Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server 2011, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016;
Databases Microsoft SQL 2005, Microsoft SQL 2008, Microsoft SQL 2012, Microsoft SQL 2014, Microsoft SQL 2016;
Installation to be done on IIS5.1 or up depending on your Operating System;
.NET Framework 4.0;
Monitor recommended resolution 1280 x 1024.

The application runs on workstations through an internet browser, recommended browsers are Chrome, IE 11 or up, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
The process described below assumes you are already in the possession of AstrowWebSetup.zip package, otherwise please contact the supplier’s support department for information about the product, licenses and price quotations. This package helps you install Astrow Web application.
Please note that if you wish to import data from old VTESS application, the existing absence requests are not imported. It is recommended that all absence requests not yet processed to be processed before installing Astrow Web.
Re-installing Astrow Web does not require uninstall. It will automatically overwrite existing files if it is selected the same location.
