For holiday periods, one or more backup persons can be assigned to operate Astrow without a Manager or an Authorizer. There is no need to add extra permissions or roles to the deputy; the deputy will work according to the user's rights they back up; however, the person who assigns the backup can also be restricted. The deputy will have all operational menus and screens available to second a manager or an authorizer in their absence period.Please see the links below for more information.
