    Create/Edit Multiple Holiday Assignment

     
    To create or edit a holiday assignment, go to Configuration - Employees and click .

    For assigning or editing a holiday definition for more employees at once, follow this procedure.
     
    Step 1: Select the operation, Assign holiday or Edit holiday assignment (only for fixed holiday type), and then the holiday assignment.

    Step 2: Select the employees.

    You can use the filter per group, if you need it.

    Step 3: Make the desired changes. If you need help, see Add Holidays in Employee Definition.

    For holidays accrual, standard definitions from Configuration - Holiday Settings will be taken.

    You can define separately the Amount, Max balance and Initial CO (see Holidays Accrual in Employee Definition for more details).
