Period T&A Status Operation
The T&A status, after being checked by each employee (see
Own Status Confirmation), will be checked by managers before sending it to HR. This is a way to confirm that all operations are done for that period, and HR can close the situation. Managers will approve the status in
Operations - Team T&A Status and communicate the status in
Operations - Communicate Status. The HR can also freeze the confirmed periods (see
Freeze Periods) after receiving the situation, thus blocking those periods' operations.

If the option
Use confirmation message when confirm T&A status from
Settings - System - tab System config. is set to YES
, when confirming the T&A status, the employees will receive the following message of confirmation:
"I confirm that I have respected my daily rest time of consecutive weekly rest with total disconnection. I would alert my manager in case of difficulty in my work organization."
If the option
Disable edit Confirm T&A status if Manager already approved it from
Settings - System - tab System config. is set to YES
,, once the T&A status is confirmed by the employee and approved by the Manager, it cannot be edited.
