Impro terminals status can be checked in Astrow. In Communication - IMPRO Terminals, synced controllers and readers will be displayed along with all events that Impro triggers and sync employee notifications. This view is reloaded automatically every 2.5 seconds:

The door icon from each reader (
) will send the command to open the door. The door will automatically close in 5 seconds.
If the row is:

indicates an alarm or an error;
-
indicates that the command is in progress;
-
indicates a warning;
-
indicates that the command was successfully applied.
If the AstrowIOService is not running or has a last communication timestamp of less than two minutes compared with the current date, a red label will be displayed:

The Astrow booking status column has the status of T&A booking. It can be:

PROCESSED – added to calculations;
-
REJECTED and details – see details. Booking won’t be considered for calculations.
